Located near the top of Cerro de las Posas. This is one of the largest ammo containers you will ever find. It could almost fit 4 regular size ammo cans inside.
Cache area is being eaten up by urban sprawl. Due to a recent (1/24/07) concern from a residential muggle, I recommend visiting this cache during the day. Hopefully this location will be safe for many years to come.
I used a red wagon to bring this cache box here, you can only imagine! Some of the trails along the way have now been paved, so it is not too difficult. See the new kiosk rest area being built nearby.
Please secure all 4 latches when replacing the lid. Try turning it around if you are having trouble closing it.
