Geocache Description:


This cache is located in the Dundas Valley Conservation area. (visit link)

Located in Dundas on Govenors Road, this area is open to public from
9:00 a.m. to sundown.

There is a $2.00 charge to enter the area, well worth it when you see that they actually put that money back into maintaining the trails.

Parking in main lot off Governors road
Once you park your car head towards the trail centre to get to the trail head.
The cache is just off the main loop on a side trail.

This cache is easily accessible by either hiking or mountain biking.

If you are there in raspberry season, you will pass by a huge patch

I would suggest staying on the main loop trail until you are about 150 metres from the cache.
The cache is only 20 feet or so off of a well maintained trail.

Once you have found the cache , you may as well finish the loop off as you have already done half of it.!!
I think it is about 3 KM round trip, I am not sure I did too much sightseeing while placing the cache.

As all area cachers may or may not know a permit is required to place a cache on Hamilton Conservation Lands.
The process was very quick.
