Mike, Lisa (Golfnutz), Ron and Maribeth (rklmbl), Roylene and I
(nonnipoppy)along with lots of other fine folks will host this
event. In a great turn of events we are proud to announce that
Tyson will furnish chicken for this event. It was arrainged for and
will be cooked by Huntin4Cache. Thanks Les for all your efforts.
We ask you guys to bring your own drinks, iced please, and
either a side dish or a dessert. Additionally we need you to please
let us know if you plan to attend. This will allow us to be as
prepared as possible Ha - Ha.
Please plan to bring one cache item, of the quality you like to
find in caches, for each person in your party and we will put them
into an ammo can and give away a ready made cache or perhaps more
to some lucky attendees.
There will be some new caches go live before the event allowing
returnees to get some more smiley faces or DNFs as the case might
be. There will be some temporary caches for you to find and log if
you wish. These caches will include a temporary chocolate cache and
a temporary kids only cache.
We will have a Travel Bug Roundup for those that like to log a
few more bugs along with a chance to swap some travel bugs if you
bring them. Drop your T/Bs into the event when you like the earlier
the better so that Golfnutz will have time to get it all
organized.
There will be a Geocoin Flip allowing you to see and touch some
of those new geocoins and get those additional icons on your
profile if you want. This will also be organized by Golfnutz.
We would like to ask cachers dropping in coins or
TBs for the Event to please e-mail Golfnutz with the tracking #.
You can do that thru our profile at geocaching.com or to his e-mail
address: michaelsview@centurytel.net
We can then make it easier for those wanting
to log the coins & TBs by having a printout that we can pass
out to each geocacher at the Event.
