This is my first baby, and as such, I wanted to make it as clear and correct and easy as possible. It is located just off a flat, hard-packed dirt trail in Bear Creek Park, a natural setting with numerous meandering trails my wife and I love to walk/run/bike through. The immediate cache area has some isolated trees and thorny brush but is accessible to everyone except in wheelchairs.
The cache is located at the very East End of a trail system that stretches for miles along Bear Creek. Pedestrian access is unimpeded from Route 360 in the east (thus the name) to Route 121 to the west. Closest parking is available .17 miles west of the cache area on Bear Creek Road. But for those of you impatient to grab as many caches as possible in minimum time, a quick park and grab is possible off Route 360. But that would be a waste of miles of beautiful trails with a multitude of caches to log along the way. The cache itself is a round 12" diameter, 5" deep tupperware container in camouflaged paint.
The location was marked with a Garmin Legend C with WAAS enabled. Coordinates were averaged for 15 minutes with an approximate circular error of 10 feet.
