Geocache Description:

A 9km hike across the Goorooyarroo Woodland Reserve.

Its a long hike but not very hard. Give yourself about 2 hours to walk it. Much faster if you have a bike (I will take mine next time). You shouldn't need to cross over any private property and bikes must stay on the tracks.

Don't forget to take plenty of water. A litre per person for a hot day.

How to get there:
Park the car at S35-12.293 E149-10.200.
Start your hike and you should see a map at S35-12.247 E149-10.463.
On the map you should see how far you have come and how far you have to go. You are going to "Gooroo Hill". Note the sharp bend of the main road/track just before the hill.
At the cache you will see a stone trig. That is on private property so don't jump the fence.

With these views you should be able to see just about every cache within Canberra and the ACT from here.

Small swaps only.
