1) Know the scout sign, salute and handshake
2) Tie a square knot
3) Live by the Scout Oath and Law, Motto and Slogan
A scout is trustworthy once you have accomplished these items you are ready to be a scout. If you need help with #1 there are people in the area who might be willing to help.
About the Cache:
It is a micro with just a log sheet BYOP. The GPSr will lose reception within about 10ft because of the buildings, this is the reason for the difficulty rating. Think of the name, but really a Scout could figure this one out with ease. After you have attained your Scout rank be on the lookout for the next rank which is Tenderfoot. Chief Yellow Shoes is working on it now! This is the first in a series a Tribute to Boy Scouts you will be advancing in rank to Eagle Scout. Along the way you will be learning facts about the Boy Scouts and those who particapate in it.
