islander1988: Unfortunately it looks like the cache has been muggled again. Since I can't get there in a timely fashion to replace it, and this one was a bit out of the way for maintaining anyway, I've made the decision to archive the cache. Perhaps someone else will see fit to put a cache here in the future so more geocachers can find this spot.

Geocache Description:

A quick cache placed at a war memorial near metro station Shuliavska. Part of a series of caches near metro stations in Kyiv.

In North America people talk about World War II, which ran from 1939-1945. But in Ukraine it is referred to as the Great Patriotic War, which began in 1941 when Germany attacked the Soviet Union.

This cache is located at a memorial, which seems to show pictures of other memorials in various cities. An interesting feature is a tank sitting on a ramp near the displays.

The cache is a black nano to make it harder to find, since previous containers have already disappeared twice. Please use stealth as it is beside a parking lot, and people may be around the tank posing for pictures.
