IT HAS A PULL APPART LID: This micro cache is located at the Park n Ride off of Exit 2 on Route 89. The name is to let you know that the building next to the PnR is a state police barracks so the hint is not decrypted to make this a quick find.
The cache is in a waterproof key chain that is covered in cammo tape. Bring your own pencil.
Hint:
Evergreen tree > chained to a branch about 3-4 feet up.
