Do NOT park on Hanson Blvd. Park at the Water Tower - you know, the big blue thing that you can't miss at the top of the hill. Parking coordinates are: N45 12.495 W93 18.340.
Follow the paved walking path. Stealth will be required. High traffic times like rush hour are probably not a good time to look for this cache.
