This is an unusual walk.You won't get much peace and quite here but i find it quite interesting.
The cache is situated on the footpath between Steventon and Milton.
It is right next to the railway line and the A34 dual carriageway.
The footpath runs parrallel to the railway track.You will get a good view of the trains.Standing here you can really appreciate the size and speed of the trains.Railtrack have recently erected a new fence so it is a very safe place to see the trains.
The footpath goes underneath the A34.I don't think we appreciate how much noise our cars make when we are driving down the dual carriageway.
I hope you will find this an interesting place even if it is not the prettiest of places.
I am sure children(of all ages)will enjoy seeing the trains.
The cache is a double lock box which has small items in and a log book.
