This cache brings together past and present. Please respect the terrain. Stage 1: From co-ordinates, take time to learn some local history. Stage 2: Find an eagle Stage 3: From eagle, go beyond knarled tree and inner square Stage 4: Face towards north and walk approximately 11m Once you have completed geocaching, you may wish to step outside the second square and watch the present. Cache is plastic Lock & Lock box 20cm Long x 12 cm Wide x 6cm Deep (8"x5"x2 1/2"). Initial contents includes three Travel Bugs picked up in New Zealand. Two ("Fly Me Home - NZ to NC Racer" and "Ska8 Right Outta here! #4") are competing in races so please move along to distant locations.
