This cache is located in Bay Area Park (http://www.co.harris.tx.us/comm_garcia/ParkListings.aspx).
UPDATE: Post Hurricane Ike, a dog park was built around the cache area. You do not need a dog to find the cache, but it surely can't hurt to bring one.
The Elf's King's geocache is not exactly located at the above coordinates, but when you go to this location, you will find the Elf King's Throne. From his throne, the Elf King could keep a constant watch on his most treasured Geocache, just a mere 25 paces away. Can you find the Elf King's Geocache?
Please take good care of this cache when visiting it and treat it as if it was your own. And securly rehide it, so that the next cacher can enjoy it also. Their's nothing more fustrating than searching for a cache that does not exist because a casual passerby mugged it.
