Near the Washington State shore of The Columbia River along the road to McNary Dam.
This cache is in The Horse Heaven Habitat Management Unit on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers land. I went for a drive on a rainy Sunday afternoon and found this interesting place for a cache. As I got out of the truck, I noted a large eagle on the rocks above me. This is a small container with just enough room for a log and a couple of trade items. Looks like this is within the WDC page #29A. Be careful of the cliffs near the cache. Nice view of McNary Dam and the bridge over the Columbia.
