Pin Oaks Traditional Cache
KingwoodGeo: The location where this cache was hidden has been severely damaged by lumber men removing pine trees killed by the Pine Bark Beetle. I cannot even find the bush where the cache was hidden. Perhaps it's under the pile of cut logs.

Located in a forest behind the municipal water tanks. Best approach is from the north along the drainage ditch from Northpark Drive.
This is a well-camoflaged prescription bottle. It is only large enough for a log and a pencil. Unlike several of my other recent hides, it has no adornments other than camo tape.
Nevertheless, even though Pin Oaks is in plain view, it is very hard to spot, even when you're two feet away from it and the sunlight is as good as it gets.
I wouldn't even attempt this one in failing light.
