Park and Grab? The only difficulty is mugglers (stealth required) but just look at where you are! The pier is open 6AM to 6PM M-Th and 6AM to Midnight weekends and costs $1.00 but you don't need to go there to find the cache. You can park here for free, not the case out side of the I.B.Magee Park. The free Port Aransas Trolley even has a stop nearby!
Cache is about the size of a 35mm container with a log only. It is permanently fixed to it's hiding place
