Peasy's Pond is another of the group of small ponds between Route 25 to the north and Wading River Road to the west. There are several ways to get here. Your choice will depend partly on what other caches you want to do. These are all fairly easy although it can turn into a pretty long hike and you may get your feet wet if you want to grab a lot of these caches in one trip.
The cache is a medium sized Lock and Lock clone. I am testing these containers to see if they hold up through rain, snow and freezing temperatures.
This is my favorite hiking area on Long Island. i never get tired of walking around the many little ponds.
