During a recent conversation I had with "Sneak goes Hollywood" I
discovered that he has another brother. Apparently the two spent
some time as roadies for the Village People a couple of decades
ago. Unfortunately, after that fell apart the Hollywood Sneak tried
to make it into movies, while this Sneak brother came to Annapolis
in an attempt to join the Navy. (Apparently he'd been inspired by
one of the group's songs...) When he didn't make the cut he joined
up with a construction company (again, following instinct from his
time with the VP) until something better came along. During the
afternoons he takes classes at the nearby art school where he would
suggest trying the "labryinth" out in front.
Today you can find this Sneak along West Rd. near downtown
Annapolis working on a new shopping plaza that's going in around
the traffic circle. If you'd care to sit and chat about his days
with the band he can spare a few moments at the tiny Brown-Leanos
Park nearby.
The coordinates take you to the dedication marker on the small
patch of land. To find this Sneak, simply turn left and walk
forward the number of feet equal to the day of the first dedication
date (I promise it'll be a LOT easier than it sounds once you get
there). If you end up in the street you've gone too far (take
smallish steps...).
One last thing, PLEASE be discreet when talking to this Sneak!
While he does love chatting he could easily loose his job if his
foreman sees him off site, which would then force him to live at
the YMCA (again, well, you get the picture...). Thus, stealth is a
must.
PS - Check the extra coordinates for a neat bonus (or a way to
kill time if the ShW is busy on the job)...
