An amazing, large statue in the desert (see photo). We can find no information as to who placed it here, or why, but we would like you to contemplate the statue and these questions as well! [Edit: Thanks to BG&BG for the pic of the new sign.]
There are several ways to access the site; either way, please approach the statue via the marked trail (the entrance is on the paved road), and tread carefully among the vegetation.
Please bring a writing utensil with you in order to log your find. There's room for very small trade items only.
If you take the paved road east, you will come to the inscrutable El Camino Real International Heritage Center.
