Geocache Description:

Residential Neighborhood, not too many muggles

I found this box here, and realized that it was already a perfect cache, theres even a little old music box inside. Watch out for the occasional passer-by.
Simply stand under the magic number on the wall, walk down the 6-or 7 stairs that lead to nowhere, face south and you'll be eye level with the cache site.
