The barn in the area was almost collapsed. A lot of work has gone into fixing the barn and fences. This is a beautiful little meadow; you can see fire scars to the south from the 1987 fires that burned this area. Sheep and cows all over the place. If you ask the owner he may let you pet the lambs and sheep.
This cache is the Home Unit for a travel bug that is entered into a race out of the country. The TB must also return to this location to win.
I re-GPS'd the location a few times, and only got a minor difference in coordinates. There must be a strange satellite anomaly that prevents the unit to get within 30 feet of the hiding spot. Try not to get frustrated! Look for a typical cache spot not too far off the dirt road.
P.S. In order to keep water out of this cache, it is best to place it with the lid side down. Thanks!
