CoachTony: This cache was a nano hidden under a tree grate at the Fairfield Performing Arts Center. As it turned out the city has electrical outlets inside the planter with the tree which ended up shocking a recent geocacher. Since there is no way to prevent other cachers from getting injured in the same manner I've decided to archive this listing. Thank you all for looking for it.
