This cache is located just off 25E in Barbourville, in an area behind an office complex. The coords were taken with an average count of 1200, so this should take you close to it.
This cache was placed with property owner's permission. The terrain was rated a 2.5 because of the slope. Also please remember that this cache is not recomended during late hours. Stealth may be required at times.
