This is not a "quick dash cache". In fact it is nearly a mile from any safe, authorised, legitimate parking. I suggest you consult a map and make it into a circular walk of 2,3,4 or more miles. It can be approached from all directions and if you park up at Norwood Green, Shelf, Northowram etc. you can take advantage of good pubs, beer and food at the end of your walk. Excellent views can be had in all directions depending on your approach route. The area is well served with footpaths, well marked and defined but can be wet and boggy at times, so usual warning of suitable footwear. Footpaths tend to follow field boundaries, so please stick to them even though your GPS may be telling you to cross the middle of the field, you can get back on track later. The whole area is working farmland with grazing livestock, cattle, sheep and horses, so please HONOUR THE COUNTRY CODE, especially regarding gates, responsible parking, control of dogs ( even better NO DOGS) and no mountain bikes. The cache is a plastic screw top container, full of goodies at the moment.PLEASE replace cache in same place as you found it.See you around, SHELFDUDE.
