Geocache Description:

This is an easy ridge walk on State Game Land along the valley edge with excellent views nearby and abundant wildlife.

Depending on the weather, this can be a beautiful grove or spooky and quiet place near a dirt crossroads. The trees here seem to be quietly waiting for someone to pass nearby as they play sentinel to the local wildlife. This is an excellent place to ride mountainbikes with broad trails and multiple picture opportunities. Pack a lunch and bike the entire trail if you have the opportunity. Grouse, rabbit and deer are in abundance here so keep a watchful eye. Don't forget to hide me the way you found me so others can enjoy the find the same way! As always, while on state game lands, observe rules including wearing blaze orange for large game seasons.
