This boat launch is just down the road from where I grew up and I spent many evenings here with my father fishing for stripers. Depending on the time of year and tide, you may be able to pull some good sized fish out of the river here. Many people come down here to watch the water, the people, or the birds. Some hop out and go for a short stroll, some sit in their car. I hope you'll do the first of those two options (because, after all, you certainly can't find this cache from the comfort of your vehicle!). Sometimes you'll even be lucky enough to see a seal playing in the water offshore (its only a mile or two to the ocean from here).
The cache has been well-concealed to make it less obvious. You may be able to park as close as 15 or 20 feet from cache.

Winter warning: When snow melts, it runs off around here. When it refreezes, its pretty slick. I nearly broke my neck trying to check on the cache one night in the dark (which I don't recommend).
