7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

If a cache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance, it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

The cache is a micro-cache blended somewhat to its environment which is particularily flat and grassy and a great place to take a break and learn a bit more about the forestry industry in the South East.

The first trial plantings of Pine took place in the Leg of Mutton Volcanic crater in 1877, and by the early 1900's it became apparent that radiata pine was a remarkable tree and produced good quality timber at a fast rate.
In 1907 Francis Kay moved to the South East and planted as much of this species as possible with forest plantations taking off around Mt Burr,Mt Gambier,Tantanoola and Penola.

There is a lot more information at this destination and it is also very close to a well known conservation park which is worth a look.

The cache is hidden in its environment and once found should be replaced as is and not to disturb any of its surroundings, you should not have to disturb any ground or tree matter to find it.The cache has a log book only so you will have to provide your own signing tool.
