Alafia River Reserve Park Traditional Cache

Cache is located in a small park in the Alafia River Preserve in western Polk County. There are picnic tables and shelters available. Park is open daily 5:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. during standard time and 5:00 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. during daylight savings time. The park is located near the confluence of the Alafia River and Poley Creek. This area may be wet during the rainy season. Don’t forget the insect repellent and water. Be advised that there are always risks associated with visiting nature preserves. Be careful and enjoy the area.
