You need a boat. Near the cache is information board. Cache is in weatherproof hidingplace and about the hight of the face. Depends of course on the face and if geocacher is standing, squating down or lying. :)
It´s not recommended to visit the island and search the cache between 15.April - 15.July, because birds have nesting period and they may be agressive towards strangers.
