Geocache Description:

This is your basic black painted small loot containing device hidden in a conspicuous area. Access is 27/7/365 but watch out for the poltroon with the yellow flashing lights. It's not on HIS turf but you know how that type is....

I was a few hundred feet North of this location taking a break in my trusty paint van eating a taco from a nearby establishment. I hadn't been there for more than 5 minutes when along comes the "flashing yellows" who pulled up to tell me to move along. I commented that I was just taking a short break to eat my meal without making myself a danger to other motorist by eating and driving at the same time. He suggested.... nay! demanded that I remove my vehicle from that parking lot immediately and move it to that of the taco purveyor. FINE! says I! It seems that some manner of insect must have made residence in his rectal cavity and that apparent fact made it imperative that my vehicle be moved at once. What could I do but hide a cache to commemorate this grievous event.

You may wonder about the title... well.... back in the 70s Jackson Browne (I think - maybe it was James Taylor? Anyway, who cares? They're all the same) wrote a song called "Rosie" about his one true companion while he was on the road doing what hippie type rock and roll ballad singers do. Mr. Flashing Yellows reminded me of that song.

My apologies to IceCreamMan for the hide style but at least he will appreciate the nuance and subtleties of my prose.
