Parking lot micro. Quick and easy for those in the know.
After years of studies, and discussions, and proposals, and more discussions and counter proposals, the city is finally building a civic center. Parking lot is almost complete, but much work still going on inside. Extreme stealth is required to avoid construction crews. Suggest after hours or on weekends. You can drive right up to it if the parking lot is open. Sometimes there are cones, and sometimes there are not. It'll be nice not to be crammed into the high school gym or the junior high auditorium to attend popular events. I probably should have added a note a while back that it is open and fully operational now. Cache is still OK to find.
