Simsbury.
Snow date is March 8th at 7 pm.
This Central CT Cacher's Nite Out will also feature the music
of
BrOKEN PrOMISE
BrOKEN PrOMISE consists of The Ax - Ray (bass and
vocals), CT Trampers - Al (drums and back up vocals), Team Hatfield
- Slim (harmonica) and two muggles - Bill (lead guitar) and Wayne
(rhythm guitar, vocals). The band has been together for just over a
year and plays mainly blues and songs from the 60's, 70's, 80's.
They are in the process of writing their own songs which they will
debut at this event.
Due to our large turnouts the establishment is requesting that
we place a group order for food, rather than ordering
individually.
Here is how this will work:
If you would like to eat, please let us know by Fri 3/3, so I
can provide a head count. Either
email us or let us know in your log if you will be eating, and
please include the number in your party that will eat.
The price is $13 per person. This includes tax and tip. The food
will be chicken tenders, potato skins, swedish meatballs, and pizza
served buffet style and will be available for 2 hours, from 7 to 9
pm.
Again, the event itself is FREE, but eating (which is optional)
is $13/person, and we need to know ahead of time. Drinks will be
available for purchase on an individual basis. We will be in the
back room to your left after you enter.
Please note, for the sake of time, there will be NO RAFFLE this
month. To clarify: holding a raffle is always optional and will
be up to the host whether or not to have one.

pinched! Wonder if the establishment has Harps and
Guinness?
The Central CT Cacher’s Nite Out is an evening gathering on the
first Tuesday of every month, held in a new and exciting place
every time. Mark your calendars now! Anyone is welcome to
attend...you don't have to reside in CT, and you certainly don't
have to be an experienced cacher...new folks are most welcome! Let
us know if this is your first event as we'd like to get
acquainted.
This event features new or rotating hosts every month. If you
have an interest in hosting, please contact
katydid & miles stone. As host, you’ll select a location;
get the coordinates; and copy and paste the event page and
resubmit.
There are a number of places in the Greater Hartford area to enjoy
good food and drinks. Locations should be kid friendly, have no
admission fee and be within the Central Connecticut/Greater
Hartford area. Cachers from outside of the area are also encouraged
to host, but we do ask that the event itself be held in the central
CT area.
