Geocache Description:


The SQ in the cache name above signifies Spirit Quest, a project by the Northwest Ohio Geocachers to distinguish those caches that are set in cemeteries or memorial gardens. This cache is part of that series created by NWOGeo members to highlight cemeteries in the area. Please be respectful of the area, and observe their rules and posted hours which are typically sunrise to sunset. For more information, please visit: www.NWOGeo.org/SpiritQuest/

This cache was inspired by the previous cache I found today, Riverbend Cache. I was so sad to see such a beautiful area gone to the wayside. There is a great old park here, a beautiful cemetery, a river running through it, etc. So, I had to drop a container here in the cemetery to bring a few folks back. This cache is a pretty simple hide, but the terrain is steep. The container starts with a few Sig Chips and a log book, plenty of room for TBs and SWAG. Have fun.
