Do you remember prime numbers? They are numbers that are not divisible by any other number. The series starts this way

2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13…

and goes on forever. All whole numbers can be broken down into the prime numbers that make them up. For example, 66 can be broken down to 2*3*11. It cannot be broken down any further. So 66 is made up of the first prime number(2) times the second prime number (3)times the fifth prime number(11). We can refer to the first prime number as P(1), the second as P(2) and so on. In other words:

66 = 2 * 3 * 11 = P(1) * P(2) * P(5)
