My husband and I collect many books. Whenever we go away, or a
friend travels, we have them bring back a book from that country,
in that country's language. We have a fascinating collection of
books from around the world. A few examples are a textbook from
Egypt, a prayer book from Japan, an antique book of Welsh poems, an
antique ghost story book from Thailand, a children's book from
Scotland...you get the idea!
I hope you have some fun books to share with us!
Original Stash contents:
The Good Earth by Pearl Buck (a personal favorite)
Henna Body Art
World Atlas
The FTF prize is a $5 gift certificate to Chapters!

The distance cache is what you make it. You can dash in quickly
for a quick find, or you can take your time and wander around the
many trails, circling the cache around the main path. The cache is
a clear rubbermaidish container. Due to the nature of the stash,
there are plenty of plastic bags for you to seal in books. Be sure
to close the container tightly!
There are 3 other path entrances at the back of St. Elizabeth
Seton School Park on Strouds Lane, the entrance off Summerpark and
the catwalk off of Chickadee Circle. The forest can be very dense,
so co-ordinates might be off by 5 metres once you get close. But,
once you see the spot, you'll know there is a cache in there!
Happy Caching!
UPDATE - Sept 09 The cache was in a poor state. I had to
throw out the books that were in there, as they were covered in
forest mould. There are new ziplock bags in the cache, and I will
add a new book or two soon.
