A Trig and a Cave
Some great views from the top of this hill. You can see over 50km, as I could actually see Black Mountain Tower. Most of the views are to the North, West and South.
The drive can be mostly done by 2wd, cautiously driven. The road will take you near the trig. The view from the trig is fairly obscured by trees. You will get a much better view from the top exit of the cave and also a comfortable rocky platform 10 metres to the south west.
Getting to the cache will involve some rock scrambling. Take care. The cache is at the bottom entrance to a cave. This cave can be accessed from above but it is much easier to get into from the bottom entrance which is only a few metres across and down. Once in, you can then make your way out the top exit (watch your head).
