This is a camping event!

This is the 2006 rendition of our annual campout. Get a site at Delaware State Park or just stop by for the festivities. We'll be posting the times of specific parts later on.

  • Camping is Encouraged, but Optional.

  • We are trying to fill Area 4 and then Area 3 and so forth. The first loop to fill should be around site 40.

Friday, June 16th

5:00pm Disorganized Gathering (Shelter House)

8:00pm Community Campfire (Site 40)

 

Saturday, June 17th

8:00am Cache & Coffee Camper (Site 40)

3:00pm The Main Event A Geeky-Scandinavian Celebration with Bucktown Kickback (Shelter House)

Some food will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring something to share. We will have an electric generator unused for most of the morning for crockpots and the like. They will need to be unplugged before the band sets up, however. Bjorn & GirlGeek are spending their own money, so don't expect too much. The band wasn't cheap.

  • Please leave firewood at home. It may cost extra, but the firewood you can buy near the park or at the park office is more likely to have been checked for Emerald Ash Borer. This is a serious threat to the forests of Ohio and we don't want to help it.
