Geocache Description:


This cache is hidden in a wooded area on Old Clemson Road. This road used to be a thoroughfare for the area, but now is relegated to being a dead end road. Years and years ago a state TB hospital stood on these grounds. Now, it is an industrial park. A very interesting area. In fact, if you continue toward the back of the property where the cache is hidden, you will come upon a paupers cemetary that has been in use since the turn of the century - continuing even unto today.

The cach is located up a hill. Park at the bottom on the roadside. DO NOT drive up the hill or park in one of the parking lots for the businesses in the area.

This cache is placed with the permission of the compnay that owns the land.

I am trying out a new container for this cache. It is a cylindrical container used for storing paintballs. Let me know if it stays dry :)
