Tizman1: I am sad to say that geocachers have destroyed the landscaping around this cache in their haphazard and ground damaging searching for it. We (all geocachers) need to show respect for the cache sites that we seek out. This cache was placed with the blessing of the owner and still has that blessing, but his new partner has invested money into the landscaping surrounding the steamroller and has watched it get trampled down and destroyed over and over again.
I am archiving this cache and just hope that ALL GEOCACHERS will be more careful in the future with other geocaching sites and not destroy landscaping or other surrounding vegetation just to get to a cache before someone else or to make their own short cut.
One of the quickest ways to lose our geocache rights is to violate others rights to protect their personal property!
