N 48° 12.???
E 016° 23.???
North is larger than east.
After the feedbacks (and wrong solutions) I received so far, I'd like to make a couple of general statements:
- There is something quite fundamental behind the riddle. If your solution looks somehow special or arbitrary, then you are on the wrong way.
- In this context a general warning: If you have enough numbers, you can find almost everything in it. So don't get lost into too complicated algorithms to decode the riddle, it's much simpler than you might think.
- There is no ambiguity, there is only one solution.
- Every word in the listing has a meaning, and unless everything gets meaningful in a very obvious way when you have a solution, you are again on the wrong way.
- You do not *mandatory* need a CPU, it just saves you some time. You need only the most basic mathematic operation.
