A quick little drive by with a nice 360 view, give or take a degree.
The name refers to some graffiti that was on the building for years. Most young locals (or at least our friends) simply know it as the building with "I heart Taz" on it.
Watch out for muggles. The cache is well hidden, but the area it is in is very exposed, so be careful, especially for fast moving muggle mobiles.
