Located on the Big Pine trail off Livermore Rd.in Waterville Valley, N.H.Livermore is a generally flat forest road and the trail(Big Pines trail)is also mostly flat with a couple of short descents.Trail is located .6 miles from parking and the cache is located .2 miles from Livermore Rd. in an area of big Pines. Cache is located in the White Mtn. National Frest wich is cache friendly. The area is maintained by the Waterville Valley Improvement Association.
The name of the cache is The Animals of The Big Pines. We are trying to make it an animal theme and it is filled with animals and animal related toys to start. It also contains a jeep travel bug.The cache is an ammo can located in a hollow of a large broken off white pine stump. Cache is winter accessible.
