A small ammo-box located just off of the trail/road.
The best parking is located at N 35 06.436, W 111 41.374. While you are there, take a stroll to the North through the Wetlands. Be sure to bring your binoculars though, for there is quite a wide variety of bird species in the area! Veer to the East though, to find a trail that leads out near the cache.
Inspired by cosninocanines "I Can Hear You Now," you will be able to just see the top of yet another cell tower along the I-17 corridor when at the cache site.
