This is what I see as we approach a cache before
hitting the find button. This is the image that sticks in my mind
all through the hunt.
While we are hunting, my view of the cache area us
usually one that looks like this. My eagle eye partner gets to look
at the woods and the parks and the likely hiding spots while my
eyes are semi-glued to this device and counting down the feet to
ground zero. When found, the cache is usually an ammo box,
Rubbermaid container, or the like and doesn’t look like what
I have had in my mind’s eye during the hunt. Well, here is a
cache that looks like one.
Enjoy the cache and for a chuckle, note the street name that the
cache is placed on.
This is NOT a park and grab cache! Plan to spend some time at
the cache site. It is very difficult to move and you will have to
examine it on site. The area does have muggles so be on the lookout
for them especially when parking. We strongly suggest parking away
from the cache site to avoid undue attention. The parking
coordinates below should allow you to park at the dead end of the
street (at least it dead ends now) so that you will attract little
attention. The walk is only about a block.
Congrats to MedTexPlacer for FTF, but then this cache is worth 6th
to find for the look of the cache....
