TheRetiredHiker&SpruceGum: 2006 was a wonderful year! It celebrated Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's 250th birthday. And, around the world, what a celebration it was. This cache was one very small part of the celebration of a man whose music still lives in the hearts of men. He was truly a musical genius. So we thank all those who enjoyed finding the cache and more importantly discovering something of the life of Mozart. The time has now come to archive the cache. Perhaps someone will bring out a new one to celebrate Mozart on his 300th birthday!

Mozart Mania has hit the world! The year 2006 marks the 250th anniversary of the birthdate of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Celebrations are being held around the world.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, 1756 - 1791, is among the most significant and enduringly popular composers of European classical music and his output includes works that are widely acknowledged as pinnacles of symphonic, chamber, piano, operatic and choral music. Many of his works are part of the standard concert repertory and are widely recognized as masterpieces of the classical style.

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. Use the information below to figure out the cache's actual coordinates. All the answers can be found in any biography regarding Mozart's life.

A = The first number of the date (day) of Mozart's birthday, minus one.

B = Mozart completed over 600 works, each assigned a K number, for cataloguing purposes. Find the K number for Mozart's Mass in C (Coronation Mass). Take the last number of that three digit number and subtract five.

C = The number of letters in the name of the city where Mozart died.

D = The number of letters in the nickname (pet name) of Mozart's sister Maria Anna.

E = The number of letters in the name of the city where Mozart was born.

F = Mozart's age when he started to play the keyboard, minus two.

G = The number of the date (day) that Mozart died, minus four.

H = The number of the month that Mozart was born.

I = The last number of the year that Mozart's opera The Marriage of Figaro premiered at the Burg Theater.
