Geocache Description:

A walk up a hill - Balch Hill - in Hanover, NH, with a few steep sections (which can be icey in the winter). There are two parking areas available - one has a slightly longer hike.

Parking 1 N 43° 42.651 W 072°15.447 or

Parking 2 N 43° 42.935 W 072°15.742

This is an offset cache. Cache is a small ammo box. When you get to the top of the hill there are some structures and markers with words on them. The listed coords bring you to one of them. Use these to determine the North and South decimal parts of the minutes of the cache location.

To make it even easier I’ll give you coordinates for the clue locations below.

N 43° 42.ABC W 072° 15.XYZ where

_____ A = number of numbers showing Betty’s life span

_____ B = number of letters preceding MEMORY

_____ C = number of letters in word after Conservation MINUS 3

_____ X = number of letters in Ralph’s last name

_____ Y = number of letters in Daniel’s last name

_____ Z = number of letters in last word after NO FIRES PLUS 4

N 43°42. __ __ __ W 072° 15. __ __ __

A+ B + C + X + Y + Z = 37

Please look at how the cache is hidden and rehide it carefully as a number of dog walkers and neighborhood folks come here often.

One more thing -- the signs at the parking spots indicate that the area is open only from sunrise to sunset and lists a $100.00 fine for offenses such as littering and starting fires and, who knows, maybe even for being there in the dark. These signs are easily visible at the parking spots so....
