Park at N38.58.352 W077.08.786 . Cache is across the street.
This place is notorious for playing havoc with the GPS readings. Therefore I have given away its exact location in the hint. I suggest that you print out the hints and bring it with you. You if have no luck with the GPS you can read the hint, one line at a time and see if you can find it before reading the final hint, which will basically tell you right where the cache is hidden.

Inside the lid of this cache is the partial waypoints for a 5th mystery cache "Aqualung". You will have to find all 4 caches before you will know where to find Aqualung!
