During the past two hurricane seasons, the Travel Bug Bungalow, by
Eye M Dolly, sustained damages that were catastrophic to the
bungalow and resulted in a loss of occupancy by TBs. FEMA had more
important issues to address, so the bungalow malingered and
eventually became condemned.
I offered to rebuild the Travel Bug Bungalow and make it a safe
haven once more for TBs who have missions to fulfill and may just
need a place to check into for some R&R. The Travel Bug
Bungalow is back, newly renovated, to better serve your needs.
Sporting a new roof, as well as having the interior completely
redone (with new windows and carpet!), it is celebrating a GRAND
Reopening, and quite a few TBs and Geocoins have checked in and are
waiting for folks to give them a ride toward their next
destination.
This is for Travel Bugs and geocoins only, so PLEASE don't leave
ANY trade items (or NON-trade items); I will remove them to make
room for TBs. There is a guest register to sign each bug in on and
if you know of its goal, please note that with your entry. All of
the bugs and geocoins that are checked in during the Grand
Reopening are in sturdy ziploc bags, and have a mini tag with their
goal either attached or enclosed. On the outside of the bag is the
name of the TB and where it is heading, so you won't have to open
the bags to find out where they need to go. Thanks to Eye M Dolly
