The Cache Is Not At The Given Coordinates.
This is a four stage multi with the final in Wapsipinicon State Park. Remember to respect all park rules, and CITO. This cache has been placed with the permission of Dennis Murphy, Park Manager (as per IDNR rules).
All the stages are all along W Main Street. I would suggest you park somewhere and and walk these, then drive closer to the final. The stages do not have containers, you only need to visit them and answer some question. None of the required info is inside any of the buildings along the way (but enter if you like)... you can do this cache from the sidewalk.

This is a memorial to Jones county veterans. There are two pillars, one on either side of this. How many stones are in a pillar? (one pillar, and do not count the concrete pad) Call this A.
