This cache will most likely be either very easy or quite hard depending on how you think or prior experience.
It is very likely depending on the day and time that there will be many little non-cachers about. The trick is that some will not be non-cachers. If the non-cachers kids see you it will probable be trouble for the cache. Be very careful. If a kid is female, she is most definitely a non-cacher. Male kids are about 50/50 cachers/non-cachers.
You will not need to step more than one foot into private property, so please don’t. Parking could be a little tricky but there is plenty of parking available.
