Geocache Description:

Placed in honor of TomcatATgod's 1000th find. This park is open from Sunrise to Sunset.

Love 'em or hate 'em - chances are if you have cached in Hampton Roads, you have found a "tomcat" cache. Some of their hides are devious, some are simple, some are neat spots, and some are odd. They have hidden caches where most people wouldn't.

This silver bison tube is hidden to help them celebrate reaching the milestone cache of 1000. I hid another one in this park the same day.

Traditional caches haven't faired very well in this park, so let's try a couple of micros.

Please be kind to the environment, and be gentle with the foliage.
